What this is not…
This is not meal prepping- spending 5 hours on a Sunday (your precious time) to eat 3-day-old meals in the fridge.
Every meal is made to be made in 45 minutes to 1 hour and is made FRESH each night.

Shop on Monday…
- Baked Eggplant Parm Sheet Dinner– tomatoes, peppers, fennel (Vegetarian, contains eggs and dairy)
- Asian-style in Parchment Fish with ginger, green onions, soy sauce, baby broccoli with sambal, baby carrots, and shishito peppers (dairy-free, grain-free)
- Fajita Roasted Bowl with mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes, potatoes, guacamole, roasted salsa (vegan, grain-free)
- Moroccan sheet-pan dinner with roasted chickpeas, cauliflower, preserved lemon and fresh ground spices (vegan, dairy-free)
