The first time I tried this drink was on a rooftop in the medina. It was April and the restaurant was starting to give out hats to it’s customers eating outside as a shield from the sun. This was the drink that re-energized me to continue browsing the crazed medina.

In a blender, combine all ingredients except ice. Make sure the dates get chopped into small pieces in the blender. Then, add the ice and blend until smooth. Garnish with an orange slice and mint.
