No Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Crunch Bars

Ingredients (16 small squares):Β
β1 cup peanut butter (natural)
β1 Β½ cups chocolate chips (I used a mix of dark and semi sweet chocolate chips)
βΒ½ cup maple syrup
βΒΌ cup coconut oil (I used vegan butter)
β3 cups rice crispies or corn flakes

Melt first four ingredients together in a double broiler (bowl over simmering water). Stir with a spatula until melted, about 10 minutes.

Then stir in rice crispies and mix. Pour into a 8×8 baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Put in the fridge for an hour at least. Then, cut. They will stay up to two weeks in an airtight container or couple months in the freezer. Enjoy responsibly. I wish I could eat this for breakfast.
