Seasoned sommelier, Jeff Morgenthal and I have created Studio di Sole to create your next private wine tasting event. We will provide the education, food and wine for you and your guests. Jeff personally imports the best artisan, natural wines from France and Italy so you’re getting the best of the best. Joanna will provide the homemade bread and select charcuterie so you will feel like you are in an secret side street in Rome or Paris. We will make you feel like you are in Europe living la dolce vita.

Studio di Sole is a mobile wine events company in partnership between veteran sommelier/Wine Importer Jeff Morgenthal and trained chef Joanna Barajas.
We feature sustainable wines from small production winegrowers paired with custom cheese and charcuterie plates. Our intention is to work with each client to determine the level of education requested for a particular event to create a bespoke event catered to their needs.

Paris Natural Wine Bar
Inspired by the current movement in Paris and beyond to feature small producers of French wines with a focus on natural/sustainable/ organic producers. $95 Per Person, 10 person minimum, dog friendly
Native Wine Grapes of Italy
1368 different vine varieties set the tone for a country that changes its wine culture practically with every changing kilometer. There is a treasure trove of grape varieties that requires a slight step out of your comfort zone but with Italy more than any other country, including France, Italy is without peer for diversity and infinity is the limit when it comes to learning more about this fascinating nations’ wines. $95 Per Person, 10 person minimum, dog friendly
Luxury Wine Tasting
There are really no boundaries with what we can prepare with this option. Everything about this tasting is geared towards our attempt to be as authentic as possible in both a vinous and culinary sense. The meats and cheeses selected will be artisan farmhouse cheeses paired with iconic wines that are off the radar. This is our highest expression of exposing you to the real culture of a particular place with a feature on the wines from the Old World. $150 Per Person, 10 person minimum, dog friendly
