Simple Vegan Breakfast

An easy breakfast like this does take planning. Make a big batch of quinoa to last you a couple days and your’re set. 


Here is a quinoa-oatmeal bowl. Topped with: 
  • a little brown sugar 
  • nutritional yeast
  • raspberries 
  • blueberries 
  • cinnamon
  • pecans

The quinoa is cooked beforehand, but the oatmeal is cooked with the quinoa and water for 1-2 minutes in the microwave.
