It has been a long journey to get to the place I only dreamed to be! After working in many restaurants, gaining experience in the kitchen, I realized what is most important to me and where I belong. Health to me, is not only about the food, but is a large part of it. Joining CHLI has allowed me to express myself creatively, in culinary teaching, and has been very educational. Working with dietitians, a very experienced chef, and a team dedicated to improving health globally is some good energy to be around.
Not to mention it has been fun, and a tasty ride around the globe! (in a culinary sense) Here I want to share with you some of the eye-catching and satisfying dishes the chef, I, and the team has put out.
