Simple Vegan Breakfast

An easy breakfast like this does take planning. Make a big batch of quinoa to last you a couple days and your’re set.  Here is a quinoa-oatmeal bowl. Topped with:  a little brown sugar  nutritional yeast raspberries  blueberries  cinnamon pecans The quinoa is cooked beforehand, but the oatmeal is cooked with the quinoa and water for 1-2 minutes in the microwave.  Continue reading Simple Vegan Breakfast
