This experience was TOP!
We got to go out to the pristine waters in the Southern Cape of South Africa and find little periwinkles, similar to escargot. Then, we cooked them, along with other seafood.
It is something you just can’t do everywhere. I even ate seaweed straight out of the ocean! There is nothing like foraging for your food, cooking it by a wood fire and the conversation to go along with it.
