Vegan Pumpkin Spice bread. Warm, comforting spices to fill your home- since you’ll be there! . It may not be fall, but this bread is delicious year around and thankfully you can find canned pumpkin purée (nothing added) year around. Maybe you have a can of pumpkin you forgot about from fall. Make this bread. Freeze extra loaves and have a delicious treat any time for breakfast or afternoon tea. . The best part is thst it’s vegan, but no one would know it! There’s nothing “cardboard-y” about it, like my grandma would say. It has been non-vegan family member approved. If it’s your first time vegan baking, this is a great start. It should be fairly easy just replacing the eggs for flaxseed. .
