Italian Appetizers | Vegan and Gluten-free | Healthy Tuscan Lunch

A light Italian lunch. Bruschetta + pinzimonio. pinzimonio is super simple. It’s an olive oil-lemon juice mix with salt and pepper. You use it as a dipping “sauce” for fresh veggies like fennel, carrot, bell pepper. It’s refreshing, light and a way to transport yourself to Italy. 🇮🇹
.
Make it by adding a couple tablespoons of GOOD extra virgin olive oil + lemon juice with salt and pepper. And there you go. Start dipping.

To your happy and healthy life,

Joanna
