Indulge in this healthy bowl without any guilt. Bananas naturally sweeten the bowl and with added cocoa powder and flax seed, you get the essential oils you need.

FUDGY BANANA & PEANUT BUTTER OATMEAL

Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk or water
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 T ground flax
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 T cocoa powder
- 1-2 T peanut butter
- Pinch salt
- Cinnamon
Directions:
Bring water or mil to a boil. Then add oats and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring.
Meanwhile, mash banana. Add the banana and keep cooking. When most liquid is absorbed, add flax, cocoa, and vanilla.
Cook until moisture is at your preference. Put in bowl and top with peanut butter, cinnamon, pinch salt- choc. Chips if you like. Add a splash of milk on top if you’d like. .
This is a PACKED ENERGY BOWL. It kept me going for hours!
