Here’s your quick recipe:
Chimichurri is all up to personal preference, but here’s a good start!
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 cup cilantro, chopped
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
…..
Add them all together and enjoy over steak or vegetables. Packed with antioxidants! Keeps for a week in the fridge.
