What's in the fridge?

I love me some sweet potato mash. Throw some mini marshmallows on it, and in the toaster oven, and you have my kind of treat. Sometimes I add some cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove, but its easy to overdo it. The sweet potatoes were a leftover side from a roast chicken dinner, but are easy to make. I would just boil or steam the potatoes, then use a blender or immersion blender to puree. You can add a little maple syrup or candied nuts for an extra treat.
