How to dress a salad with one ingredient
Today I interviewed someone for my meal prep service.
It was a ‘Cook Test’ so she had to cook something so I could taste it.
She made an awesome salad I want to share with you here.
And…she passed!
Congrats Robin.
The best part was that she didn’t make a vinaigrette at all for it.
She just drizzled balsamic glaze on it at the last minute. It was perfect.
So, here is Robin’s Cook Test Salad ingredients
Ingredients:

Arugula
-
Red onion, thinly sliced

Watermelon, cut in cubes

Yellow cherry tomatoes, halved

Feta cheese
-
Balsamic glaze
Directions:
Arrange the salad on the plate. Right before serving, drizzle with some balsamic glaze. Eat immediately.
