Creamy Nice Cream for all my non-dairy friends! This started to melt a bit so I might chill my bowl in the fridge next time 😜 if you haven’t tried this nice cream, it’s worth a try!

Chocolate Peppermint Nice Cream
For 1:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract or paste
- 1 peppermint stick, miniÂ
Blend and don’t add liquid. Use spoon or spatula to scrape down sides as needed.
