First, congratulations for searching out healthy recipes for your kids! I’m sure you want to be the best mother and help your kids feel strong, healthy, and able to focus.

Even though I’m not a mother yet, I heard from quite a few of my friends the similar concerns about food. How do I cook healthy for my kids?

Most people think it takes a lot of time and planning, but it doesn’t have to. If you start slow, with a simple few swaps and additions, you kids will be eating healthier! Hang in there!
A lot of these recipes were adapted and inspired by a great cookbook by Jessica Seinfeld, Jerry Seinfeld’s wife, Deceptively Delicious. I’m not crazy about the name and deceiving kids, but there are great ideas in there about bumping up the nutrition on kid approved foods.
