Homemade Corn Tortilla Chips April 25, 2009 Author by Chef JoannaPosted in Uncategorized So you make a great pico de gallo salsa or guacomole just to realize you have no chips! No problem if you have some tortillas handy. Here I used corn tortillas and cut them into 6 triangles each. Put them on a baking pan, drizzle and toss with some oil and salt. Bake at 350 F for about 10-15 minutes or until they bubble. I’m sure you can just substitute for flour tortillas too just keep checking the cooking time. Hope it works out for you!
